Dimethylglycine (DMG) is good for this, but I prefer trimethylglycine (TMG), which is actually more effective and a lot cheaper than DMG. And it is safe to treat under methylation with long term.

B12 is also good since it is needed for the formation of the methylator SAMe. But it also requires the B vitamins B6 and folate.

Also remember that there are different forms of B12. Make sure to use methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin.

As far as amino acids it all depends on which ones since different amino acids can have different functions.

A few other things I would recommend are the fatty acids EPA and DHA as well as lecithin to help with nerve formation and function.
