actions speak louder than words [Stupid Girl, Aedue]

While Stupid Girl was still deciding her next move, Mime displayed no inkling of impatience. He strode forwards slowly and even paused every horse-length or so to offer his invitation once more. It was not until he felt the soft pelt of the silvery dove against his side that the mute perlino opened his stride. As the pair marched on side-by-side, Mime occasionally swung his muzzle around to affectionately bump into hers. He could not help but offer these additional acts of reassurance in hopes that she felt no reason to fear him.
Before long, the welcoming cover of the swaying willow boughs had come into sight. The entrance certainly eluded to the security and comfort that was offered within its borders. Mime only hoped that Stupid Girl could sensed this as well. Stepping beneath the canopy of thickly woven boughs overhead, perlino stag led the way into the domain he considered a safe haven. He continued forwards slowly as if giving the lady at his flank time enough to take everything in. And, soon enough, the perlino hoped that his first companion, the alabaster Aedue, would appear to greet her new sister. Of course, this meeting could always turn sour though, Mime hoped that Aedue would be able to do just the opposite and, comfort Stupid Girl.
