On 12 April 2011, Judge Charles Bergmann ruled on a protective order to dismiss the 3rd amended complaint against the City of Tampa, Local 754, PBA and the F&P Pension Board. He also ruled to quash the subpoena of former Mayor Pam Iorio.
This is not good news for the retirees involved in the Artz (3.15%) lawsuit.
Promise to do my best to keep all retirees informed.
