Hi Kim,
no I didn't think you and your dog would be starting at the front of the race because I'm usually in the middle or the back. I'm just saying that I've been tripped by dogs on leashes and stepped on them as well. Strollers supposedly go in straight lines, but I've been side-swiped or run into by them as well - never know what's going to happen in a large crowd when another element (dogs or strollers) is introduced. I'm sure your dog is great and perfectly trained and behaved. In the middle of 1000 people, anything can happen is all I am saying. Thanks for your post and I hope to see you at the race.
