The Beach

The smell of death is heavy here, and the sky overhead is nearly always grey. The gods weep for those souls no longer living, and the iron gray waves sweep away the bodies of the fallen to the deep. The sand here is bone white - for good reason - and each step along the shore is made on the backs of thousands of horses before you.

This is not a place to put characters on hold. This is a place to die. Once they are gone here, they're gone forever. This is an In Character Board, not an Out of Character board where you just tell what characters are here and which are gone.

[TRIGONOMETRY] we will kill them all;
IP: 137.216.81.204

There was nothing planned about this next attack. Indeed, it was not as thoughtful or manipulative as Tancredi; it was pure force and brutal abuse. Nexa found the mare by a fair enough mistake, and she wrapped her under her little finger. It took a fair amount of memory wiping and word play, along with threats from Archer who usually trailed mindlessly behind the two, but once they were on the beach the fun would begin. Trigonometry was nothing to her; nothing but another useless victim amongst what would soon be dozens.

On the beach, Nexa did not try to hold Trigonometry still with her mind as she had Tancredi. No – it was far easier this time around to convince Archer Trig needed to go. “Archer,” she sobbed into the large stallion's broad chest, “she killed mommy – she killed Chill.” Nexa's whimpering was enough to send Archer from her side in a whir of hooves and wings. He did not merely charge this one, but he took to the air where he captured her not far from where she had been before. She tried to run, for a moment she may have escaped, but his wings were too much for her.

With hooves outstretched he batted his wings closed for a moment to come down with full force against her spine. A quick few beats of his wings kept him from hitting the hard sands, but Trig was paralyzed. “I loved Chill.” He told Trigonometry, anger welling in his body. “You took her life. She is everything to me, don't you understand that?” Nexa expected him fully to prolong Trigonometry's death with a painful whirl of hooves, but Archer didn't. He brought his two hooves solidly down against her temple. Her blood did not coat him as fully as Tancredi's had, but she was dead. He looked at Nexa with hardened eyes, moving away from the corpse. “Is she it?” He asked her firmly, amber eyes glaring at her. “No...” Nexa could not believe the power she held; he had begun to believe in his quest, and her manipulations were becoming entire. “There were many more.” Archer nodded his bay head, “then we will kill them all.”
