What I have seen work the best are trimethylglycine (TMG) and fatty acids, in particular EPA/DHA supplementation.

I also highly recommend lecithin granules for the various phospholipids that help in the production of the brain, nerve tissue and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.

TMG is actually stronger and cheaper than dimethylglycine (DMG). DMG has two methyl groups as where TMG has a third methyl group and thus more methylating power. Methylation helps with DNA repair among other things.
