Hayazo sat down and curled his grey and white tail over his paws, looking down at the ground with his one good eye. He had become, as they say, comfortably numb.. not wanting to feel so much, going through each day without much emotion unless he was with someone as fun to be around as Elias. Or his sister, but she didn't want him either, now did she? Now that he thought about it, his father probably hadn't even wanted him. Probably mated with his mother just for kicks and felt the responsibilty to care for the pups, and when they were old enough he had just left. When he thought about it that way, well, it just felt all the more true.

He heard the soft patter of pawsteps from behind him, and Hayazo turned his head. His eyes read searching and desperate for someone, anyone to hold on to as he felt like he was about the shoot into orbit. He lowered his head again, and with his ears pressed against his skull, said, "My father can go to hell." he growled, standing up and lashing his tail as he faced the opposite direction from the gold and white brute.

"He left without a goodbye. Just decided to send m on that hunting trip, a-and never..." Hay drew in a shaky breath, "Never.. never came.. never came.. back.." he finally choked out, sitting back down and hunching over as tears ran freely from his eyes. "And.. and my sister, and my mom, and Ryu.. they all left too.. Does no one want.. want me? he cried softly, shoulders wracked by sobs. His father hadn't been horrible to him at all, actually he had been a loving father but.. Obviously he didn't give a crap about Hayazo, now did he?
