I'm fascinated with D-Ribose. It says on the label "made by microbial fermentation" and is one of the necessary building blocks for the formation of ATP, the universal energy molecule in the body. It tastes great but my concern is since it's in the sugar family, does it feed pathogens too? They like what we like and hate what we hate. Trying to concoct a pre-workout energy drink- ginkgo, L-carnitine, bee pollen, D-Ribose, green tea powder, ginseng, L-arginine, L-glutamine, niacin. What's the story on Tuarine?
