Playground
Parents do not fear; your children are safe in the Playground. A benevolent fairy watches over young colts and fillies who come to frolic here. The trees are ancient things, and widely spaced (excellent for tag) and there are several low logs to leap over and many ponds and thickets full of wonder for the little ones. Come play and form friendships that will last a lifetime.

Daintre heaved a heavy sigh of relief before pouting in earnest and nipping her friend on the neck in annoyance. "You scared me so much! That wasn't nice!" she whined, and nudged Mandorla when she rose to a stand, knocking their shoulders together.
But once again, the bay filly found herself giggling and parrying with her friend, unable to hold a grudge for very long, especially not on the only playmate she'd ever had in her (happy, though not not very fulfilling) young life.
"Blind Bandit?" she exclaimed with disbelief. "Was he actually blind?" she asked him, then burst out laughing when she realized the flaw in her thinking. "What am I saying! My dad's name is Snake but he sure ain't a snake! But, but....is he blind?"
The filly didn't even think about having kids yet - her world existed of only the Playground and the Tundra, the latter of which not exactly the most child-friendly, or even female-friendly place. She was growing up with the wrong ideas about the roles of male and females, and it was all because of that stallion-kingdom.
