On June 3, 2011, the defendants, International Association of Firefighters, Local 754 and West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association through undersigned council, Shaun H. Malvin of the law firm of Klausner & Kaufman filed a motion for attorney's fees and costs. The amount of attorney's fees and cost is not available at this time.
If the Judge, grants the motion the retirees involved in the Artz lawsuit will be liable for reimbursement.
