The tri-colored fem was ever so happy it was finally summer. Sol was looking forward to her first birthday, it was coming in a weeks time but it would be a bitter sweet moment and also one that would have meant more should she not already have begun the quest set for her clan. The young fem was mostly brown in color, with dark brown running over the top of her head and back and down to the end of her tail, white covered the underside of her belly as well. She was lightly built, more for speed than power but it didn't mean she was defenseless, she could hold her own. The young wolfess was alone today, her companions having stayed at Hiy'o Waterfall for the time being, and Sol here just resting alone slate blue eyes on the water as she thought about the ceremony normally given to those once they hit their first year of life...

She recalled seeing only one before her lands were destroyed by the humans, Gil was his name, and what a ceremony it was, everyone sang and ran around, the reaching of a year old was rare... Most children died over their first winter but Sol had survived... Against the odds she had lived. But it helped that a dragon had raised her. Atma, he was like a second father to her and Tempest, her brother. Sol smiled... Perhaps she could talk them into reenacting the celebration of her homelands, even though she already was looking for Paradise... A year old meant that one was big enough to go out and search on their own if they wanted for the fabled place, Sol knew though, she would find it some day. This voice... It always was in her mind, it was happy and sad missing her, and pulling her towards it all the time. But Sol could never find the source... and the two times it was quiet she was with Danny or Rain... It was confusing to say the least for the older teen.

Running her dark brown front toes threw the water she sat thinking and waiting. Perhaps something interesting would happen this day.
