Long before The land was sculpted the way it is now, the world was a mecca of machinery and technology. Humans had reached a point where they did not need magic and did not feel need for the Goddess. They grew cold and distant. Soon wars broke out all over the world. Pain and panic was felt by all and all dropped to their knees, begging forgiveness of the Goddess. Their techonology had grown too strong for them, and greed ruled. It all ended in smoke and fire.
There are still remnants of that time so long ago. Great rusting buildings tower over smaller stone built castles, now quiet flying machines lay dormant next to lowing cows, crumbling bound books sit precariously untouched in libraries next to copious amounts of well cared for scrolls, and millions of gun shells line the cobblestone and dirt roads between cities.

They will then be bound with this creature until one or the other dies, their sprits intertwined. They can hear each other’s thoughts, see each other’s dreams, feel each other’s pain, and share a special power based on the journey they are to make in their lifetime.
For years the people of Yidelle have basked in the peace that the Goddess has granted them and they have been ruled by a strong and wise family. But all this is about to change, the prophets have foreseen great strife and it has all began with the murder of the king...
