During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Devil found herself patrolling the lands, after the first meeting with their new alphess, Red Star. The meeting had been going well, till a new figure appeared, once that didn’t submit, and then proceeded to challenge the alpha with eye and posture contests. The black and white omega had stepped forward to take care of the intruder, after all why should Red Star show the brute any moment of her time after that, and she had gotten clearance from her queen to do it. Some wolves were just so pathetic these days, even if they gave her something to chew on. Licking her chips at the idea, she couldn’t completely remember the last time she tasted some wolf blood before the intruder at the meeting, that is. Shortly after the group had dispersed, a loner attempting to join challenged the one eyed alphess to a fight. Before she went to beat the shit out of the fea, Red put her in charge till she returned. So, she did what she always did, looked around the borders and made sure everything was in check.

Her feminine form slipped from the trees and bushes as she walked along near the imaginary line separating pack land from free land. Not only did the pack smell warn you, but the change in the scenery, torn up grass, dirt, and clawed trees. That and the corpses of once foolish wolves who dared cross the border. She being the longest wolf living here these days, she knew more trails than anyone else here, and she used them to get around the terra. A song caught her pricked orbs, and she looked in the direction the howl came from. Along with the smell of brute came the smell of blood, and this intrigued her. He was not too far ahead from where she stood actually, Devil’s Angel realized.

The chocolate orbed vixen moved forward, knowing the wind was in her favor, at the moment. Either way, as she came into view when she arrived, her faze fell upon the brute in observation. The green eyed male was black and white, similar to her own coat colors, but a different pattern than hers. Her whole coat was black other than the white streak going from her neck to chest, along with white paws. She could see the bit of blood that dabbed his coat, but it smelled not of prey, but wolf. She wondered if he tangled with another. The adult vixen could see he held a few marks of battle, and it made her think the brute might be fit to live here. How he reacted would be another key for the lock, but the master key came from Red Star herself. Her voice was soft with a hint of an edge to it.

What’s your name?

The omega waited for a response, her warrior side observant in case this male got any funny ideas. She was always alert with loners, but it didn’t show in her loose muscles. Her paws were slightly apart, in a leaping or stand your ground position, but also relaxed. The velca wasn’t going to irk a fight by seeming hostile, but she also wasn’t giong to make a stupid mistake about it either. Devil wasn’t no adolescent when it came to fighting, her father had trained her since she was a grown pup. In fact he had stolen her away from her mother to do it as well. It just turned out that this minx had other plans, and now she was here in Blossom Forest living at Munashii Gekko. Choclate gaze never left him as she waited for a response, her mind only half occupied, and it seemed like her full attention was upon him, which is was now.
