During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Devil’s chocolate orbs went to Kestrel as he dipped his head some while speaking her name. For a moment silence filled the air, as he studied her questioning expression, and she thought she saw amusement in his gaze. An invisible eyebrow raised, she stayed silent in her seated position as he told her to wait. She would, oh definitely, she wanted to know what was going on here. Her gaze went to Kaliskia as her form entered the clearing, and she didn’t submit, just sat down. Devil’s Angel wasn’t giving her props on her behavior, for it was quite pathetic. Foolish actually. The vixen’s words made her fur bristle a little, and fangs came forth, even as she heard Kestrel speak to the loner. He wasn’t pleased with her, and Devil was treating him like he was the alpha, since that was asked, so her own reaction was similar. Just more heated when she considered the whole border incident. Black haunches left the ground as she stood, ready to make the wolfess submit, or chase her away, and wondered if the temporary alpha would allow her. She remembered when Red Star gave her clearance to chase that one brute away from the meeting. That had been quite the enjoyment for her.

The omega’s gaze went to a new femora as she entered the clearing. Crimson Nightmares, an intriguing name, and she continued to say she wished to join. The ivory brute, in the middle of the clearing, ordered her to submit after speaking her name. Sniffing the air, she too figured the new femme a wolf-eater, but she too had eaten wolf meat before. More than once. Perhaps she would be a good addition to the pack. Hearing howls, she wondered what was going on, was the wolf confused? When she finally arrived, the ivory and black wolfess watched with little interest, as the other femora laid down upon her back. Waiting for her to give her name, like Kestrel asked, she turned her attention elsewhere. The scent of Sookie announced her arrival, and she recalled what the bitch had the nerve to tell her. If Kestrel’s call hadn’t sounded, she would of forced both femmes back to the border at that point. Gaze narrowing she looked to her with a tooth baring smile, but it wasn’t completely friendly. At least she submitted though, and that brought a smile to the snow coated brute before them, and she wondered if he smiled often. Sookie was given temporary acceptance, and that again brought her to wonder about their alphess.

There was no doubt in her mind the head haunch would return, she hadn’t fought so hard for her position, to walk away from it, Red Star didn’t seem that kind of wolf to disappear. Amber orbs returned back to Kestrel when he began to speak to everyone in the clearing. Red Star had taken temporary leave, which was why he was standing in her position, and that everyone was to take care of their own problems. Unless they affected the pack, and his last words said he would handle those problems, his warning of be careful brought a twitch of a smile on her face. Perfect choice of words after his promised threat. As a new scent came to her detector, her black flag swept the ground once, as she realized the alphess had returned. Ironic, her coming back after the members just found out she had taken a short break. Looking to where she arrived beside Kestrel, Devil’s Angel listened to her words, a small grin on her face. When she addressed her, the omega answered her, her voice soft with an edge as usual.

Nothing serious. Everything was handled.

Her head bowed to the alphess, and she raised it to look back to her as she waited for a reply or reaction. She doubted the Queen would want to concern herself with the trespassers in question, when they were here to join. That is, at least Sookie had, and her gaze narrowed as she shot a glance to Kaliskia. The bitch who had stuck her nose in business it didn’t belong, and threatened pack members, and she wished she had torn her up when she got the chance. When Red Star addressed Kaliskia, she turned her attention back to the others, and figured if the loner didn’t do as asked, the femme would probably be torn to pieces. Aw, maybe she could get her chance now. What fun. Devil's Angel watched with interest, to see what Kaliskia or anyone else would do.
