Hi Phil,

Digestive bitters are generally very helpful for reducing visceral fat. Bitters help cleanse the liver when they contact the tongue, which is turn helps with balancing of hormones and reduction of body fat.

Hot spices (cayenne, turmeric, etc), bitter orange and coleus forskohlii are also good for helping to burn body fat.

Increasing water intake is also important, especially if using bitters. Drinking cold water burns more calories that room temperature water.
