Asthma is actually an inflammatory form of allergy so they are addressed in the same way. The focus needs to be on the adrenals. The adrenals produce epinephrine and corticosteroids that counter allergic responses. This is why doctors use epinephrine and steroids to deal with allergic responses including asthma and anaphylaxis. They are substituting for what the adrenals are failing to put out. Building up the adrenals may help with the aggression as well since the adrenals produce hormones that help keep us on an even keel.
