Yes, pathogens utilize ribose as well.

Do not add green tea powder to your mix. The tannins in the tea can bind nutrients, alkaloids, glycosides, etc. rendering them useless to the body.

If you are prone to herpes outbreaks also drop the arginine since this amino acid triggers outbreaks. Use magnesium malate instead, which also dilates blood vessels and increases cellular ATP production.

Taurine has numerous functions in the body such as helping to increase stomach acidity, bile salt formation, protection from some metals and glutamate, etc. As far as energy though taurine has just the opposite effect. Taurine, like glycine, are neurotransmitter inhibitors, so they have a calming anti-anxiety effect.
