"Beware..." scream the birds from above you. "She kills for games. She kills for fun." Something deep inside tells you to listen. Your body tells you not to go no further. Do you listen or do you dare move into the pack borders. This could be a life or death decision...

Follow the Queen, or become a corpse that lines her border. The choice lies with you.

And nothing is quite what it seems.
You're dreaming, oh you're dreaming!
----------------------------------

Over the past few weeks, since coming across Niko, Llorana had expanded her exploring to the entirety of the pack land, and now knew the land by memory- every obstacle, every nook and cranny to hide in. She knew it would one day serve her justice in a tragic instance, or some other happening. She had always been a wolf to be aware of all her surrounding and that included the surrounding beyond that. The girl always planned ahead and knew the outcome of most situations- it was why the wolves in her old pack had agreed upon a title for her. The Old Soul, they would speak of her when they needed assistance, and so help them she would. But of course she was modest and silent, quite observing in her mannerisms as well as body language. She knew how to respect as well as how to earn respect in return. But it seemed that she had faltered when she had met Niko- the Alpha’s son who she had made quick friends with. He brought out the wolf in her she never knew existed- the wolf who knew how to smile, laugh, and have fun. It ached her slightly to recall the way she felt compared to the way she felt wandering. It was her normal state, something that could almost be considered blank. Yet when she was in the presence of her young male friend.. Llorana felt a plethora of emotions, ranging from the happiest smile to the saddest heart ache. It bothered her slightly that he brought out such strong feeling in her that she had never felt before- but on the other hand, she relished in that very fact and it simply drove her to crave more of his company. And so when she sensed that a gathering had begun, she had quickly turned her direction and headed directly toward the source of the commotion.

Because she had been on the opposite end of the territory from where the call had come from, Llorana was forced to travel at a brisk lope- she had known from the call that it had been from no wolf other than the Alpha of Malignant, and she did not want to disrespect the female by meandering. For she knew the Alpha was now female, both from the voice that had called out as well as the fact that Niko was her son. Once again, she found her mind wandering to him, wondering if he would be at the meeting and if she would be able to speak to him again.. but soon shook her maw with slight irritation, as now was not the time to think about friends. She knew she was close as a wall of scents cascaded upon her olfactory senses; the Alpha’s being the most prominent. She had yet to meet her, but she had heard whispers a great deal of Queens- and now was finally her chance to meet her. Silently with stealth as her ally, Llorana slipped into the quaint clearing as she was most likely undetected. The first wolf to catch her eye- Devil May Cry. Her expression remained blank as per usual, but slight recognition gleamed behind her sapphire gaze. He had been the one to greet her at the border, as well as welcome her across. Well, it had actually been Baku to greet her first, then Devil who had allowed her access to the territory. She did not smile at him, but merely gave him a slight dip of her muzzle in acknowledgement. The next wolf was none other than the Alpha herself. Upon her coming into Llorana’s sight, the girl instantly lowered her head and lightly tucked her tassel in submission- after all; it was the Alpha’s final say to a wolf’s life in their pack.

After holding the pose for several long moments, she relaxed herself slightly to allow her muscles and limbs to return to normal- for the time being. Briefly allowing her dark gaze to wander about the clearing, she next took in two wolves that had entered not so far before her, who seemed hell bent on running their mouths off to the Queen, asking for acceptance. What fools to address the Alpha without being spoken to first- imbeciles in Llorana’s keen mind. For she knew never to speak unless spoken to, as what most wolves had to say was deemed unimportant by those who ranked higher in position, as well as respect. She herself had yet to speak, as it would stay, as she was a mere subordinate; a mere Omega. The last sweep of her gaze about the other end of the clearing brought a surprise- a delightful one at that- to her shadowed mind. There stood her friend Niko, proud as always with his head and tassel held high akin to his Mothers, who was equally observing all around him. The sight of him brought an unexpected smile to Llorana’s charcoal lips, which she actually allowed to remain for several moments. It was something that caught her off guard, but at the same time something that gave her a pleasant sensation to which she enjoyed- quite immensely. But upon remembering just where she was, and who she was in the presence of, the girl’s smile quickly vanished. With one last, longing glance at her friend- whom she wished to move closer to but did not dare in the presence of his Mother and Devil- she then turned her gaze earthward, before then returning them on Queens. Of course she would wait quietly, as well as patiently for the Alpha to begin the meet with her own speech, and all the while she never once reclined to relax on her haunches. It just wasn’t her thing.
