What do they hope to gain? Do they hope to save more than the appeal will cost? Just how much are they willing to spend (risk) to drag out the inevitable? At what point will they consider cutting their (OUR) losses? Is this fudicial responsiblity run amok? Lemmings? Has anyone heard their explanation or do they even discuss these matters at meetings? (Receive, vote, file) Are you going to continue to put your family's future in the hands of people who would do this? Vote all encumbants out, every time, until they change the way they treat retirees.
