Hi Faith,

I do not keep many things on hand for relaxation/sleep since I rarely use these herbs or amino acids.

If you can find lady's slipper this is the strongest thing you will be able to find.

And I am not sure of all what you have tried, but if you can make a list I might have some other suggestions.

It can also help if you can describe your sleep issue and give some other details. For example is it just that your mind is racing? Or you sleep a while then wake up? Or you just cannot fall asleep?

Also have you checked your basal body temperature to see where your thyroid is at. Lab tests are not accurate enough for this. And if you are taking any hormones.
