He smiled at Chimeras reply. She didn't seem to detest him and that counted as a win in his book. He nodded as she mentioned her father. "I never met El Borroco myself but I heard a lot about him. He was a good man they way I hear it. I was sorry to hear he passed." His eyes flicked to Belita as he finished. Truly he wished he had the pleasure of meeting El Borroco. His mother knew him, but most of his life had been off these islands.
