Re(1): Adrenals and ear pressure

Hi Lupe,

Fatigue has numerous causes. But inability to handle stress and getting dizzy when standing up suddenly (orthostatic hypotension) are definite signs of adrenal dysfunction.

For most people they start feeling the effects of the Adrenal Tonic within a week. As to how long they stay on it this is often long term, but cutting back on dosage as things improve. For example, they start with the recommended three times a day. As things correct they will often cut back to once a day, but increase its use again in times of severe stress or if allergies pop back up.

Diet can definitely help as well. Focus on foods high in natural vitamin C such as papaya, kiwis, berries, etc. Foods high in pantothenic acid are also recommended such as pollen, rice bran, oat bran, nutritional yeast, etc.

Try to avoid stress as much as possible.

Also stay away from pharmaceutical steroids and all stimulants like caffeine and nicotine. Keep in mind that caffeine can be found in many hidden sources including aspirin, kola nut (bissy nut) and guarana (extremely high).

I also recommend avoiding adrenal glandulars as these can atrophy the adrenals with long term use.

The pressure in your ear could be from the heat given off by the cell phone with long-term use. This can irritate the inner ear or expand trapped gas or fluid in the ear.

You may want to give ear buds or a bluetooth headset a try to keep the heat of the cell phone away from your ear.
