Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

Montero realized that she would be at Rainbow Cliffs. She loved seeing the world from up high. He climbed up to where she sat, and she almost knocked him over. He smiled. He had forgotten how carefree she was. Her happiness was almost catching. She immediately realized something was wrong though. He watched the light in her eyes dim. He took a deep breath. Time to confess and hope she didn't shove him off the mountain.
"Amora, I'm so confused." And he told her the whole story while she listened attentively. He told about the faes leaving him, then falling in love in one night, the fae leaving him, finding her with the pups, his feeling that the pups were his, but not being able to see them. He said it all in Spanish, which his sister spoke fluently, it being their first language. When he was done, he bowed his head in shame. He waited for her to speak.
"Lo siento, mi hermano. ¿Dónde está ella ahora¿ She said, disappointment clear in her voice, but also a hard edge he wasn't expecting.

"Ella está con los niños." He said, emotionless. He heard her sigh.
"Wait until the pups are older. Have them decide. When they're teens, they'll understand better. Right now, you're a strange wolf who made their mommy mad. Let things be for now." She said, the hard edge returning to her voice.
"I'll see what I can do." She said darkly. And then she licked him goodbye and vanished.
