Hayazo grinned, trying to push all of these confusing feelings from his head and heart and just focus on this wonderful moment he could share with his best friend. He knew that he hadn't really meant that, that he didn't want things to go back to the way that they were. Because nothing could ever stay the same, and even if he could travel back into the past, he would just have to face the fact that things happened for a reason. And besides, the grey teen had met a great and most likely lifelong friend along the way. So in a way, his family splitting up hadn't been all bad. Hay flicked his ears as Elias frowned, hoping that his friend hadn't taken that statement too seriously.
He relaxed as the brute seemed to brighten, though. He listened to Elias intently, so happy that he had made such a change in his life. Wow, you make me sound like such a saint. Hayazo joked, grinning, though in part he was being serious. He never knew that he had had that big of an impact on Elias, but it gladdened him.
I'm glad though, that you aren't hiding away. I guess life's got it's ups and downs... But it's worth it. Hay sighed and stood up, then walked over to sit besides Elias and nudged him affectionately. And Shama is so dreary. You never get beautiful days like this there. He looked up at the sky, listened to the birdsong, felt the wind tug at his fur. The teen flicked his ears.
And hopefully, now that I know where my sister is, I'll be here a whole lot more. Hayazo said, more to himself, though it was a loud enough mutter that Elias would probably catch it if he was listening. He shifted his weight, brushing the gold and white brute for a second, until he settled back down. He shot a glance at him, hoping he knew it was accidental.. Hay had no idea of Elias' feelings towards him, all that he ws aware of was that they were very good friends.
