Hi Jenna,

Not sure what adaptogens you were taking previously, but most adaptogens help to normalize blood sugar. The only adaptogens I can think of off hand that could cause a hypoglycemic reaction would be the Panax ginsengs and rhodiola, which we do not use and Gynostemma that is only in the capsuled version. The Adrenal Tonic powder should not cause any problems.
