aurora borealis- noun plural: An aurora that occurs in northern regions of the earth. Also called northern lights.

In the middle of a dense forest of coniferous trees lies the Aurora Borealis pack, its name coming from its location. At certain times of the year, the northern lights appear, dancing almost magically in the sky. A narrow trail leads you through the close evergreens. Giving into temptation, you begin moving your paws. By venturing into this territory, you are venturing into a land belonging to a pair of feared leaders. You have heard rumors of them...but you decide to take your chances and hope that the tales of blood and death are merely fabricated stories to scare wolves.

You have walked nearly five minutes before you realize the sound of paws stepping somewhere from behind. Deciding that you've made a mistake, you quickly turn around, but find that you cannot go any further. Standing before you is one of the mighty kings you've heard of. His blood red pelt clings over perfectly toned bands of muscle. But that isn't what causes such fear in your veins. One of his amber eyes has a horrid, bleeding scar across it, and his good eye seems to stare right through you. His face is expressionless, giving off none of his intentions. You cower away as his jaws part.

"I'm Hell Demon."

His voice was deep and cut through the air like a hot knife through butter. Right where he left off, another voice picks up from behind you. You whirl around and find yourself facing another male with steely muscles beneath his pelt, which seems to consist of every shade of brown. He had startled you, and you're amazed how you hadn't at all detected his approach.

"And I am Ghost...we're the alphas of Aurora Borealis."

His deep voice was laced thickly with a Native American accent. His own golden eyes are directing a harsh glare your way. Now you're caught in the middle...your breathing has become heavy in your panic and you're not sure which to face.

"You've foolishly trespassed into our territory. You face the one called Hell Demon's whose voice is once more addressing you. Get out, or become a corpse along our border."

It's obvious they mean business. So now it's up to you...take your chances and stay, or heed their warning and waste no time getting out with your life.

If Freedom had ever had trouble with his social self before, today wasn't his day. He would much rather be in that lovely den with his younglings, letting them clamber over his pelt, breathe in and memorize his unique cologne- find strength and comfort within his reach. His throat pulled up into a swallow, and the motion caught in his larynx along with the thought that he had made up his mind. Freedom was indeed leaving; this was not a home that he would like to live in. The vargs here were too close to one another, and the family tie brought back terrifying memoirs of what had happened in his past. His nares wondered again at the masculine scent that had mingled in with Akinas... no. She was probably done with her excursion and back at the den with the three small ones...right? Yes. She was. The fraud truth probably could have convinced him to the point that he would just get this newcomer done with and go back to the trio of hearts that was there to welcome him for one of the final times- but then again, that's when the stench of Vargs life source hit his ebon radar. Anger and fear clenched at his stomach, pulling the muscles around it tight and fiercly straining the tendons in his palette. His amber gazers flashed and the Pharoah's pace picked up, causing the male's form to dash through the coniferous tree line that called life into Aurora Borealis.

When he reached the form on the territory line, he snarled and stood over the body, snapping at the animals who had taken to the bodys flesh, picking at it with greedy little devouring hearts. This soul was on his doorstep, and it was no kind of welcome to just leave them there with Kerl flashing above with Wolfbane's judgement lingering above on greasy obsidian feathers that blocked out the sun. When he was sure that the disgusting Lera were not going to be coming down to the silhouette underneath him soon, the crimson-stained King took a quick glance down, and, judging from his size, wrapped his maw around the scruff and half-dragged, half-carried the form into the territory. Sure, it could be considered a bad move if this wolf was crazy, hard of heart, but if it was up to Cry of Freedom's decision, the titan would never let a soul disperse from his care. Besides, the flesh on this one was still warm with life- meaning that his life had not yet left him yet. The faintest catch of a heartbeat echoed in the strong male's eavesdroppers, and Freedom let a sigh slip off of his labias.
"Wake up child. You are safe."

It was more of a wish than it was a demand, though with his strong lyrics and deep lyrical voice due to the stretching of his vocal chords last year, it might as well have sounded like Fenris coming back from the dead.
