The way the razor blade tip of his antler slipped through his flesh as if it were mere melting butter in the sunlight brought a pleasurable shiver upon his body. Inwardly his body squirmed like a viper close to death, yet it was only Tadpole who potentially faced the plunge from the mortal coil. Instead the monster was gleeful, delighted by the prey he had hunted and so he slithered around her, watching the bead of crimson red blood burst like a ruby from the dark, sinister line that cut its way through her silken flesh. Greedy eyes watched its path as slid like a tear down her throat he wanted more, yearned for it, yet he slowly removed the antler from where it rested against her delicate neck and settled a predatory eye upon her. She chose that moment to speak and like a dog his head tilted to better hear, or understand her words - it was not clear which.
Slowly a smile crawled it's way across his black chapped lips and a low growling chuckle rumbled from within his chest. "I believe it is my kingdom you have entered upon and, whilst you are free like vermin to roam where you wish, so I too can toy with those that enter my kingdom. No I am not king, but Taboo is away more than he is here and you know what they say, while the cats away the mice do play..."
He smiled a slow feral grin that ebbed into more or a sneer as he surveyed the girl. "i do not like mice and so lets say i am the cat - you know what they say about cats? They like to play with their food, so dance for me."
With that his emerald warmed and vines rose from the ground like pythons to lash at her sides like the thongs of whips. They would meet with a crack should she not move fast enough and the monster longed to see how agile his little prey was.
