hello, i met with an nd today concerning my problems related to stress and probable adrenal burnout/fatigue. along with symptoms such as lightheadedness, tightness in chest, increased anxiety and panic attacks, decreased sexual function, and increased bowel movements and gas, i also have been unable to gain weight or muscle for years, stuck around 150 and 6'0".

he prescribed for me ashwaganda, rhodiola, l-theanine, vitamin c, and vitamin d3 for the adrenals. for testosterone he prescribed weightlifting and rice protein. the ashwaganda, c, and d3 make sense to me, but the rhodiola i have heard plenty of bad things about, and the theanine seems suspicious too. i'm very skeptical of protein powders.

my question is what would you change about this regimen? i'm interested in your adrenal tonic and super-ginkgo, and possibly tribulus and nettle leaf for the testosterone. also perhaps bitters for digestion. is there anything else you would recommend? will the amounts in your supplements be enough or are there any other herbs you would recommend taking individually as well?
