I am not a fan of rhodiola (Arctic root) either.

Theanine is OK, but the ashwagandha is a better choice.

Vitamin C is best derived from natural sources. Synthetic vitamin C (ascorbic acid) commonly sold in stores is too unstable and quickly degrades in to oxalic acid.

Protein powders are fine within reason. But people tend to take in way too much protein, which is hard on the liver and kidneys.

One thing to add to your list is nettle root, which is an aromatase inhibitor (AI). AIs block the conversion of testosterone in to estrogen.
