Growing Papaya

We live in Mount Waverley in south eastern Victoria. Is it possible to grow papaya in this part of the country? For your information I have planted a mango tree and a guava and they are growing well although they have not produceed any fruit for almost 4 years since planting them.
If papaya can be grown here pl advise if they are solds by you. Thanks.
