His hind legs drag across the rocks shamefully. His mind set on one thing, pain and agony. He was not used to the feeling of hurt. Usually he did the damage himself rather then anything. Dante would have a couple bruises, though not a split ear and mild limp. His hip was now bruised and made Spideys traveling a whole lot slower. Spideys cheeks drenched with dry blood, it had gone crusty. His ear still bleeding on the odd occasion, which gave no reason to wash off the current blood yet.
He raised his head to stare above the clouds, nothing but rain preparing to fall. His mind wafted over to Claudia's hide out, hidden in the ridge, solitude. His forelock remained stuck against his forehead from the wind blowing head on. It had switched currents already. Would Claudia be upset with the failure Spidey had inflicted on himself?
His mind wafted over to the darkness, forbidding any pre-visual moments. Was it considered creeping to be trying to get to Claudia undetected? Most likely, however she should appreciate the fact. He rose his head, trying to find the scent of the grey mare hiding among the rocks. He could smell her, she was close. Each step was getting harder, the more uphill the trail went the worse it became for his hip.
"Claudia?" His gruff voice called out.
Still no scent. Where could she be? She always hid up here, well, so he thought. Spidey shook his head, he had seen her and some stallion around Limbo... What did that mean for him? His mind drifted to allouette, to Selene. The only other mares he had met with strange animals attached like staples on paper. Maybe those were the mares who were meant to be with him. Maybe he had to wheel something else in... Go fishing for another species of trout... His eyes glared at the ground, no one would relate better then Claudia. He had no desire to leave her so easily.
Spidey tried taking another step, however it had grown to heavy. Claudia would sense knew life around her paradise. She would know he had come back, like a homing pigeon, he returned home. Either way he wouldn't be standing alone for long...
