The multi-coloured femme made her way through the brush, her long and flowing pelt occasionally getting stuck on some branch or bramble along her way. She was new to the land, and having followed the river, had no idea where she was or what would become of her. Sighing softly as she emerged from the brush to look out over the semi-frozen river, Kikiri wondered what on earth possessed her to follow the river away from everything that she knew. Sitting down on the snowy riverbanks, she looked over the water frozen at the edges with her snow white eyes. The femme was different from most in the fact that she was deaf, however.

Kikiri was an overall pretty femme, but being deaf she rarely had associated with others and mostly just kept to herself. After all, for a handicapped femme, it was easier that way. Though everyone had loved her and cared for her where she came from, Kiri just didn't feel like she was useful there. Ears laying unused against her skull, she looked across the banks into the other side of the forest, then back down at the frozen river. There would be no way for her to get accross even if it did feel like the other side of the forest was calling to her. It would just have to wait, she supposed, until the spring. For now, she would have to den on this side and test her luck in this new territory. Kikiri looked briefly and longingly back at the other side of the river before moving back farther in to the forest.
