The tall male smiled at her laughter, pleased at her own amusement. One of Cashel's talents was his sense of humor, which, more often than not, was a bit self-deprecating, but it worked for him. He grinned sheepishly as she teased, ears pinning back as his eyes fell. "Yeah, tell me about it," he replied, giving a little "huh" of laughter to go along with the remark. He himself didn't realize she was being so congenial with him, or that it was unusual for Urumi to be so friendly, perhaps. He just figured she was this comfortable with strangers, which, honestly, was a quality he envied.

He soon seemed to recover from his earlier shyness, though, his little nub of a tail wagging cheerfully at her invitation and further teasing. "Hah, yeah, thanks," he replied, shaking his head. "I'd end up with a broken ankle or something otherwise." He laughed a little, shrugging his shoulders and crunching finally on the fish. "...so did you like the fish?" he asked, biting his lip a little and looking curiously at her. He had been wondering about whether or not she would enjoy the fish, as he had thoroughly - 'but fish isn't for everyone, Cash,' he told himself, hoping he wasn't putting his paw in his mouth again.
