Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Lawlett gave the feline a crooked smile.
“Indeed. I myself have wandered there occasionally.” He thought she was opening up more now, but he still wanted a more interesting conversation. She seemed to be staring at his cobwebbed patches that framed his eyes. He checked, to see what she was regarding them with. Certainly interest, and perhaps wonder? He was not a vain creature, and he got confused when he was regarded as special. He was simply a wolf, and that was all there was too it. He yawned, showing off large, pointed teeth.

“Everywhere.” He grinned again. “No, that’s not true. Look at how large everything is.” He swept his tail around, gesturing the whole mountain.
“But a few. I’ve been to misty island, here of course, shama forest, and bits and pieces along the way.” He remembered Misty Island, and all the creatures that were there.
“Now then my dear, how did you get here? Certainly, you must have some sort of tale to it?” He hoped she would respond well to this question. A lot depended on it.
