Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Skyward and Pire walked along the frozen mountain in silence. Every time Skyward seemed to slip a little, he almost had a heart attack. However, she had asked to be aloud to do this without help, and he grudgingly accepted. Skyward grinned to herself, as she saw the dawn sky. It was all so pretty, and she was glad they had came up here. A few single snowflakes fell, and she stopped to let them touch her pelt. She gave a contented sigh, and gave Pire a smile.

�Isn�t it lovely?� She exclaimed like an exited cub. Pire unwillingly gave her a smile in return. He was happy to see her enjoying herself, but at the same time, he whished she would come somewhere safer. He sniffed the air, and found another scent. A fox�s scent. He stopped Skyward, and nodded to where he could see something dart behind a bush. Skyward�s eyes lit up.

�Look! It�s a fox!� She
whispered. �Can I go and see it?� Pire sighed.

�Yes.� Together they slowly made there way towards the bush. �Hello?� Called Skyward.
