Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

Had he really just said that? Kouga couldn’t wrap his mind around the fact that he had. And it was driving him nuts. If only he could fixate on his head… was he telling the truth? December had started to say something before he did, and instantly, the boy regretted having gone first. His chocolate audettes laid flat against his crown and for the next few moments, the boy did indeed look like a pup. Scared. Nervous. Anxious. What was happening? How could she freaking transform him every single time into a prince he didn’t know any more? He thought he had locked that loser up way long ago… apparently her heart key fit right into the lock… god… Tor bless her… A soft whimper escaped his maw when she turned and his tassel swooshed to the side. No! Where was she going? He had just admitted his love to her and she was starting to blab about Kori and Keyna. He shut himself off halfway through her speech. When her slurred lyrics stopped making noise, he closed his oricles tightly, walked forward a few steps and then yelled towards her. “Bump my- December Dream, I’m in love with you and you better believe it. Keyna means nothing more than a friend to me- you doubt my words? I was concerned about her because she looked after me when I was hurt! Kouga took a deep breath and lowered his tone, though anger had never really been pulsing through it, he didn’t want to look mean to her. Anything but that. A sigh escaped his labias. “December… This… I don’t have any clue what the hell it is, but its killing me. From the inside out. What can I do… to make you understand that I am speaking nothing but the truth – only the truth, so help me Fenris? I-.” Pleading gazers took in Decembers stance, radar inhaled her intoxicating perfume and his listeners were all hers… all hers. When she had said that she wasn’t good enough for him, a sneeze took place. “Not good eno- if you are anything, love, you are too good for me. I don’t deserve you at all. I’m a selfish, disgusting creature that lusts for anything but what I am right now. How I can fix myself is beyond my knowledge. I wouldn’t let you drown. I wouldn’t break down in front of you. I wouldn’t be saying this right now if I didn’t care more than half of what I do now about you. The truth… it was coming like a freaking waterfall out of his maw… and there was nothing Kouga could do to stop it. Oh how he wanted to tell her everything. How he had put his leg out for her in the water. How he had just saved her life. He wouldn’t ask repayment for those deeds. But if he had not cared for her… he would have let her drown. Would have let her fall to her demise. The truth was an ugly creature, with four eyes, sixteen legs and three ears. And yet Kouga had embraced the disgusting thing… pulled it to its feet and thrust it at December. All she had to do now…was take it. Whatever her response was, he wouldn’t do anything different. He would come forward towards her, press his maw against hers and whine gently… loud enough for only her to hear… for her ears only. He was for her eyes only. Would she see him?  |
