I am trying to locate Joe Perez, a former officer of the Tampa PD. I'm researching the drowning death of my birth father, Orval Robert "Bob" Workman, who got into a fight with another man near the Fortune Street Bridge on July 1, 1962, and was pushed in the water and drowned. Officer Perez is listed in the police report I obtained on Bob's death, along with several other officers who I have learned have passed away.
