Name: Etain Gender: Female Appearance: Everything about Etain screams delicacy. High cheekbones and alabaster skin give her an almost doll like appearance, as well as the red lips that she was born with. Long eyelashes curve over her bright blue eyes; think swimming pool blue, but lighter. Her eyes aren’t wide, or overly small, yet rest nicely in her face. Her nose and ears are fairly pointy- although her nose not overtly so. Her ears being pointed and her typically thin build give her an elfish appearance. Her hair is downy soft, and almost as white as swan feathers. But most notably about Etain are her tattoos. At the edge of her left eye, at her temple, a feather blooms and curves down around the edge of her face. Another tattoo joins the chain and follows down into her neck, then down onto her chest, where they split in the middle and cover her breasts in detailed feathers. At the neck, it also turns around onto her back, where most of her back is expertly tattooed in wings. All of the tattoos are black. Defects: Occasionally her eyesight wavers and almost blackens, before coming back into focus. It only spans a few seconds. Age: 18 Personality: Etain is typically nice and helpful, sympathetic and motherly, but if you annoy her, she can pull a mood like a pro. She’s used to being alone and can work like that or with people. She holds grudges, and needs to be coaxed into letting them go. Etain can force herself to relax and calm down, no matter what is going on around her, making her an asset in emergencies. She does display a certain reluctance to get into relationships with men, and a mistrust of big, strong people. Anyone who holds authority does not need to fight to get Etain to bend knee, she is very submissive in general, unless she is fighting for something. She can be jealous though; very jealous. History: Etain was the only daughter of a hunter; her mother died in childbirth and her father refused to take another wife. All of her skills and assets have been learned in taking over her father’s position. Not much else to say, (I hate histories!) was a human before being lost in thought and ending up in Shaman.
