Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

I continue doing my task as Kershov set before me, causing what I'd like to call "graceful havoc" toward the heart of Abendrot. Meanwhile my ears and eyes stay alert, watching toward the borders, nose twitching to make sure that we remain alone. I glance over toward Marx, wanting to see his progress before my mismatched gaze returns toward the borders as a new scent reaches them. Pausing, I take a hesitant step toward the direction of Bright Moon, battling my protective nature over my pack to see if I'll be needed, yet I know that Kershov gave this task as an order and I'm not to derive from it for anything.

Sighing, I jump up at a tree, raking my claws across its surface as I stand on my back legs, making sure others think that a HUGE wolf lives here. Kershov should like that. Once down, I glance back toward the borders with a small whine, wanting to know whose at the border since I can smell Bright Moon's perfume on a female wolf though I can't see her.

Not too soon after I hear a rich familiar voice, Aviias. My ears flick back in distaste yet I listen in as she introduces herself and asks for the name of the alpha. Not like we don't already know but I guess that's her way of saying "get him here...now." I've heard that Bright Moon has switched alphas yet again. Satowra has left and Tamlin is back in power, at least for now. Interesting pack, Bright Moon. I then hear a slightly more acidic tone from Aviias, apparently talking to Kershov and I smirk, wishing I could be close enough to see his reaction firsthand.

I can smell Mamba's scent and my tail gives a light wag, glad that she's come along. If anything goes down, at least we have her on our side. Shaking my head of the thought since it only makes me want to be back at the borders, I turn back to my task, clawing down some low brush and rubbing my side against another tree, sighing again in defeat and the need to be in the middle of the action, not away from it.

As I work, I pause once more when I hear a strange voice speaking. It must be the wolf I smell from Bright Moon. She seems to be asking why we're here, even scolding the wolves for being over the borders without permission. I smirk again, ears flicking, ever ready to hear Kershov's sharp reply. I was sure I'd hear a howl by now, something to call the alpha to the borders to take care of this "invading pack." My ears flicker, ever ready to hear Kershov calling us back where we might at least be able to support him. My paws are itching for some action.
