Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

Rush has a whimsical smile on her face almost all the way to Rainbow Cliff. I tilt my head a little as I walk, wondering at it but not willing to say anything in case she wants to keep those thoughts to herself. As we get closer, she looks around a lot more before looking back at me. I return the smile fleetingly, letting my lips turn to a frown of wonder as I stare up at the challenging cliff face before us. My ear flicks toward her alertly as she starts to speak, saying that we're going to climb to the top and how she's always wanted to. I look at her as she says that she needs help and asks me. My lips tug back into a gentle smile as I nod slowly. I'd be honored. I say softly before looking back up at the cliff overhead. I stiffen reactively as I feel the wind and look back up to see Rush already at it, jumping rock to rock as she climbs slowly upward. Sighing, I stretch out to pop my joints before leaping forward at the first rock. Landing, I smirk in triumph before my golden gaze falls on the next rock. Trying not to think too far ahead of myself, I jump rock to rock slowly but carefully, watching my step with every leap. At one point, I look to the next rock only to find Rush there looking back at me. I offer her a reassuring smile to let her know that I'm doing fine, my tail giving a short wag. |
