During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Wasn't the alpha supposed to drop everything and come to the challenger when they called? I'm sure that is how it worked, but it seems this so-called Red Star had taken her leave, as though she took no attention to the soon to be newest alpha of Munashii Gekko. Time seemed to stretch longer, an elastic band that was being pulled across the continent before it flung back to start another hour. The chocolate luminaries that peered forward seemed to glint with the sudden lust for blood as my salmon tongue slipped out to take in the lasting blood of my earlier prey, and it surged a bundle of adrenaline through my veins, causing my frame to fidget in the newest boiling anticipation. There was a way to my fresh expression, the irked features were turning to inattentive, but yet they were still with the aura of danger that never left the facade. The stature and cautious ways never left his mind, even though it looked as though I were relaxed upon his haunches, and even when the soft crack of the branch under the overpowering weight reached my perked audettes did I flinch in surprise. The presence could vaguely be felt, but yet I knew it was there hiding within the rotting foliage. Dull optics investigated the shadows, coming to no conclusion of any source of life hidden in the depths. Very well hidden, I must give the varg credit. The feeling of someone's eyes burning holes within my frame would have gave any other lupine an uneasiness that sent chills up thier spine, but unlike them, I had a different emotions and I did not share my weak characteristics in a situation such as this.

There was silence lingering in the atmosphere all around, more deafening than the shrillest of screams. The air seemed ripe with it, suffocating the very air we breathe and turning it into poison in our lungs as I stood to my pillars to stretch my clenched muscles. The lupine still refused to show themselves into the night light, and my assumptions began to faulter as though my mind was playing tricks on my illusions. Perhaps that twig that snapped under something's weight had been nothing more than my imagination, and yet I was being just paranoid and more than a little antsy due to the surges of adrenaline, but for some reason I knew it was not any of the two. There was a deep feeling in my gut that I knew this "something" was a living organism that seemed to be scrutinizing me from their hidden space within the brush. A tad irritated, I sighed deeply in frustration, and was wondering if the presence was the alpha toying with my mood; Waiting till the last minute of her time limit to come out and ruin my long wait, but the next scene threw my judgement off into a different direction. The well muscled feminine frame stepped from the brush and into the dim moonlight, which was now beginning to fade due to the rushing gray clouds. The light smirk upon the ebony cloaked vixen's palette caused me to cock an eyebrow in slight amusement, and the sly comment that exited her dial only grew the already brewing humor within my gaze, but the caution never faded.

"I'm more fight than talk.."

The right side of my maw pulled the ebony kissers up slightly, switching around the words of the normal cliche around to fit my personality better, but the crooked smirk quickly faded to show something more serious as my muscles tensed. The gal dared to circle me and get a better look at my masculine frame, but yet I allowed her to do so; seeing that her banner hung low to show lack of rank, which meant she was a mere omega. The warrioress seemed to be attempting to figure me out, and by the curious look within the depths of her gaze caused me to chuckle lightly and let my enticing lyrics to enter the atmosphere. There was a sense of danger sketched into the tone, and it dared her to press her curiousity further, but yet she wouldn't get far for this game I have played before. This ess would be treated no different from any other soldier I have met who wanted my information: They would have to give their own fair amount to gain knowledge of my own, but of course we would take turns to make it interesting.

"Do tell me what it is you a searching for.."

By the aromas that egulfed my nostrils, I had come to the results that this fatale was the one who seemed to be the last of her here; carrying out her duties at the borders while no alpha attended the schemes. Seems the gal had gained some points in my favor already, and if she had any sense at all she would keep it that way rather than lose them automatically within these next few moments. The time limit was running out and the alpha had yet to show, but for now I would keep myself entertain as I awaited the dominant figure, my tri-colored crown following the girl's feminine body, piercing orbs seeming to threaten her that if she took the dare of stepping closer that I would show no mercy in leaping and pushing her to her own fate, although in a sense that seemed as what she wanted..
