Another case of disappearing posts

I have a user who is able to login with his password, and post with a "Message has been posted" response. Yet, the post never appears. This is true for both new posts and replies to existing threads.
When I do the same using his password, the post appears correctly.
He is running XP, using IE8. The ISP is tw telecom (Orlando, FL).
His login was on 1/10 at 17:23
His PostNew was at 17:28 (apparently two tries)
Another try at 17:30
IP address was 66.193.49.130
Here's hoping you can find this one in your logs and figure it out. Sounds familiar.
