Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

I narrow my mismatched eyes, watching as an ivory wolf steps up beside the younger wolf. She looks hesitant but determined enough to make a stand. My hackles bristle, wondering if this is going to go in a bad direction. Ears flicker toward where Kershov should be, only to hear what I've been waiting on. He calls for Marx and I to go to the outer borders with Mamba. My lips tug into a smirk. More than happy to oblige, kind sir. I whisper under my breath as I send a quick bark for Marx, sure that he's nearby before I dart off in the direction of Mamba's scent.

Of course I'm only halfway to her when I have to skid on my brakes, hearing my king's voice once more. First I hear a howl and my mind jumps to the white wolf at Bright Moon's borders. It sounds like she's calling for the alpha of Bright Moon. Oh, well this should be interesting. I listen up with pricked ears as Kershov calls out, changing his mind as he tells us to spread out along the borders and lie low unless we're needed. I smirk and nod, more to myself since he can't see me right now as I start forward toward a good little area right off the borders as I wait for a cue.

Then he changes his mind again, kind of, asking us to step into the wastelands. Letting my ears flicker alertly, I change course and head right into the middle of the wastelands, though once there, I start patrolling the outer edges, ears ever alert to hear his call in case I'm needed. Next I hear him talking to the two wolves at the borders and I can only shake my head. Leave it to Kershov. He'll probably scare the two to death with his less than soothing appearance. Mind the scars, honey.

I hear one of the females answer sweetly and it almost takes me off guard. I would expect them to be intimidated at least, but I guess it could just be a show.

OOC: to be continued I guess when Tamlin and Fallacy are done? -.-
