posting pictures on board

I was wondering if there is a way to post pictures on the board with out having to be on snapfish or photo bucket in ordr to post pictures. I have been on other boards where you just browse from your files and post the picture from the browser, Was wondering if this is appliable to baords to go or will be someday.
