Re(1): idiopathic pulminary fibrosis

Hi Arlin,

Actually there are things that can be done.

First of all I recommend fibrinolytics such as dan shen (red sage root) or nattokinase on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals. Fibinolytics will help break down the fibrinogen in the tissues that is causing the problem.

Silica supplementation along with vitamin C sources can help with tissue repair.

The term idiopahtic means of unknown origin so it is hard to say how to target the cause. But likely the cause would be either from an infection and/or autoimmunity. Therefore I also recommend focusing on the adrenals in particular, which helps regulate the immune system. Supporting the immune system is done primarily with adaptogenic herbs, vitamin C, pantothenic acid (a B vitamin) and avoiding stimulants like caffeine and steroids like Prednisone.
