Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

ooc: well then, just highlight it with your mouse as you read. I'm not going to change it for you, everyone else can read it so.

Having a disability meant nothing to me. I could care less if you were mute, blind or anything else in tat matter. Hell, you could be fucking paralyzed and I'd still count you as a normal varg. You could still do what most other's could do, just be happy your alive, but it doesn't mean that your past has to shape your identity or personality. You are you; plain and simple. Take me for example; I grew up in a pack where tears were shed and blood stained the terra firma, long scars taking their own rightful place under my ebon fur, but I wasn't complaining am I? Hell, I was this rude even before I was taken on by my parents. Cowardly bastards. They had enough nerve to confront us in front of the whole pack: Both me and my sister, Fantasia, were attacked, only me getting out with more crimson marks on my skin, but my sibling's leg had been broken. Oh mercy, was that horrible sound. Just the snapping of the tender, delicate bone as my father's jowls clamped down. That was enough to send me into a frenzy-pure hatred in my gaze as I leaped for his own neck, not giving him enough time before my teeth clenched his jugular. No-I didn't kill him, he was my father for Fenris's sake, but that was enough to warn him. We escaped without any more trouble from the two leaders, never to see them again. Since then, I do say I was a bit tougher, maybe a bit hard headed, but I'm still me. So this varg? Not any different.

At the harsh words ejaculated from Kitsaiyannah's maw, I narrowed my eyes and stiffened-not that she could see it anyway. Raising my tail and baring my fangs silently, I listened to her words with flattened obsidian audettes before I gained control and staired coldly at her. The new tone that entered my words had a cold hearted meaning, and I could have cared less that it was more than just a little razor sharp. "I don't care who you are-or think you are. You came to join this pack, and I will call you what I want until you earn my respect. Is that clear, darling? I put an emphasis on the nickname, and cockd my head to the side as she was now standing on all fours. We all know I had the advantage here-she couldn't see and I could, but that meant her other senses were much better than my own. Pfft, I could care less actually; if anything happened to dear ol' Tamlin's delta, he wouldn't stop until the attacker was dead. Mentally, I snorted at the idea, knowing the truth behind it. The next words that came hard from the vixen's dial still held the angry tone, but I ignored it this time, only listening to her new lyrics. Suppose she'll submit? Trust? Ha, you can't trust no one these days. 'Oh yeah, I'd love to attack you, but since your going to submit I'll hold back this time.'

"There is no one here, but me. Now don't take that as I won't attack you, I am more than capable, and you have already given me one reason to.." I paused for a moment so she could process my words, "But second chances happen often, and I suppose this is the correct confrontation. You have a long ways to go to earn your way onto my impression list, so you better get started." I hoped she would heed my warning; knowing that my King would not enjoy her attitude if he were here at this particular moment, but sadly he was gone from the lands. He had left Rio and Raylen in charge; his best gamma and beta, which I couldn't blame him. Either way I was to keep my position as delta, and live up to his expectations. With my mind growing irritated once again, I repeated my earlier words, this time becoming serious. "Submit." A smile broke out across my face. There was no doubt that I would accept this gal into the pack lands, but she would still have to make it official by submitting properly to the leaders at the time. Rio or Raylen would take care of that, while I went off to greet new strangers. All was going well, so far.
