During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Disappointed still? Oh yeah, definetly. Because of my growing army? Hell no, I was enjoying that part, but it was the lack of challenge on my part. Winning the pack was too easy, and it irkd me to not be able to add to the beautiful scars on my skin; as a matter of fact, it made me feel bare. A low twisted, smirk came across my kissers as I thought of how fascinated that little Jersey would be if she could see the copious amounts of scars upon my pink skin. The girl had a busy life ahead of her already-I've had expectations from the start, and even if she doesn't know it yet, she will soon. Most of the pack members should know already; it's pretty obvious of how young she is, and how I didn't snap my jowls around her on first meeting. Much wasn't happening since everyone poured in, they all seemed to take their seats with a dull expression. Everyone seemed to have the same personality in a way, in exception for a few. Glancing around, my eyes caught hold of the silvery figure whom was the second to arrive this morning, finding that she took little interest in many of her pack mates, but yet she kept quiet, surveying them. Whether she was judging or not, I couldn't tell, but she seemed to have a strong connection with Jersey from the start.

Seems everyone, especially the females, were having problems with this so-called Jack. As he had lifted himself from the terra firma, the hessian had encountered one of the stronger females of the group-Totoro. Bold move. The demoness didn't seem like one you would want to mess with, but it just so happens Jack hadn't made that great of an impression. Glancing over at her, the brute muttered some words to the girl, teasing but in a cold manner. Totoro seemed to want nothing to do with him, ejaculating the harsh words from her dial had almost caused me to shrink away (if I was a coward, I probably would have.), but instead amusement shot through my eyes. Although, I knew I would have to keep a sharp eye on the brujo and the females; something I made note of to mention in the later speech. Either way, I didn't have much time to think before another eerie fae stalked into the clearing. She seemed strong, hard headed from what I could see-more than capable to take care of herself. There was no emotion in her expressions, actions or stance, as if she had no soul at all. Cocking an eyebrow at her facade, I listened to her words and immediatly thought she was actually introducing herself as Insane. Knowing her name could probably be nothing of the such, I shrugged it off and greeted her with the same welcoming nod that I had given the others.

"Aren't we all.."

I chuckled at my wording: that should leave her some time to think. What if I was talking about the insane part? or perhaps I was talking about waiting. A brain teaser for sure, but it was easily shrugged off as the black demoness broke through the clearing. Ahh, there she is. The girl whom I was waiting in particular for before I began my speech. A smile that was handsomely grotesque crossed my labias as I stepped forward about an inch, practically on the edge of my seat as I awaited to see what she would do. We had left off on an awkward note-the gal had moved herself daringly closer, pressing her luck until the time for the alphess to arrive ran out, and then I was off. Leaving her on the borders without another word being spoken, but I knew she would come; hell, part of me hoped she would take my words into consideration. Truelly, I had high expectations of her-she had been the only one left in this pack, and yet she stayed true to her words, greeting every stranger at the borders no matter whom it was. She wouldn't take much shit from anyone, and I had noticed fairly of her distaste towards Jack-surprise surprise- and his hateful glare towards her. Well, seems they hadn't gotten off to a good start from the beginning. Just like many others around here. But I could tell the male had high intentions of getting into my ranks, and I had just made out the serious tone he took on once I had shown my disdain. He meant business-whether it was for ranks, or for the lust of the opposite gender, he was going to push himself. Competition, anyone?

Back to the present now. The onyx fatale with the slight snips of alabaster was feet away from me, respectfully not meeting my chocolate gaze as she parted her lips to speak, for the first time, her name. Devil's Angel. What a coincidence. Turns out I had called her Angel, just by a pure nickname that I had seemed to call anyone, and it had been so close to her actual name. Yup, phsychic. Mentally I chuckled, but on the outside I watched as she lowered herself to the ground uncomfortable. If it was one thing in the world I hated, it was submitting, and I truelly felt sorry for every varg that has done so in their lifetime. Either way, it was a necessary task that I wanted to be carried out. Alert and prepared, she showed her vital places, submitting herself fully to me-giving me her complete loyalty. Taking an oath. Stepping forward, I lowered my regal crown and parted my jowls to let them grip onto her neck, shaking slightly to show my dominance before stepping back and shaking my own fur out of habit.

"You may rise, and might I say, it is actually good to see that you took my word and came. I am quite intrigued to see how things will go for you."

I smile at her, something that simply said that she was already on a good impression. Most of them already were, but some had to prove themselves still. Swiftly, I turned my attention away from the demoness and skimmed the area of any more who were to come. Seeming as though there was none, I let my gazers wander over all the vargs in the clearing; counting the genders to see how many I've got to deal with. Three males, (four including myself), and seven females? Perhaps my count was slightly off, but either way I couldn't believe the number of them. Not that I'm being sexist, because I truelly know these gals are more than capable to take things on their own. Take Totoro for example-the girl did have an edge to her, perhaps a way different personality that most that were here, but the way she had held her ground against Jack. Smart move. Speaking of smart, actually. I had to admit, this so called Rhundus was indeed. I enjoyed that he had came in here, stating that he has surely not made up his mind, and that he was testing me of my leadership. The boy had seemed amused by my choice of wording-and honestly I didn't know if my words were half true or not. Of course I would probably always accept the strong, but the weak I would more than likely abandon.

Alright, guess it's time to get this show on the road! The whole time I had begun formulating a speech in my mind, but in the end it all came down to me telling myself, 'Fuck it, I'll just improv.' Meeting every one of their gazes, I stood full height on my appendages, letting my husky voice roll out a little hardened, but that was completely normal. "Munashii Gekko is under some new changes; the ex alphess had been gone for sometime, leaving behind her older rules due to her absence, and now I believe it is time for a rude awakening. This is no ordinary pack. No, this is something better." There was an edge to my tone, some warning of some sort that even I didn't even know what it was about. "Here, there is no solace for the weak. Only the strong survive, and from what I can tell as of now, you all are able to do so." Pausing for a moment, I let my words register before continuing on once more. "I will say, I am not starting off our relationship with a pack hunt. I'm sure we will have one in the near future, but you all can fend for yourselves until then." Alright, time to set the ground rules. "I have no toleration for idiotic wolves, nor one's that are disrespectful towards me or their pack members. If I even see a scratch on one of my members, or here that any of you have touched them; I will personally find you and rip your throat out. Rules clear?" As I had started to talk, I let my eyes linger on Jack's frame, hackles raising to tell him that I was onto his intentions before moving on to watch everyone's silent expressions. If they were to object at all, now was the time to do so.
