Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

Ithilwen raced away from the Misty Mountain, praying that the strange wolf wasn’t right behind her. Everywhere she looked she seemed to see his eyes. She shook her head. This wasn’t the time for that. If he was after her, Diana would need a warning. Ithilwen was exhausted but knew that to stop running might mean a permanent end to her running. She wasn’t even tempted by the myriad dragonflies and other distractions. She tripped on a small rock and cut her paw pad. Ivy grimaced but limped on, her speed barely checked. That was when even more disaster struck.
She was running so fast she couldn’t stop when she reached her friends. Her mind subconsciously registered the fact that while she had been gone, Shaylee had come out from her brush pile. Her ears flattened in irritation. Why couldn’t she do her share? With her mind distracted she couldn’t think of stopping until she smacked into a wolf. She shook her head, her large ears making funny sounds against her crania. That hurt. Then she realized just who she had run into. Oren, “king” of the Vilani.
Oh man! Why couldn’t she get in trouble one thing at a time? First she had wandered to far (again), then she had run from a strange wolf instead of standing her ground, then she hadn’t disguised her scent so he couldn’t follow her, then she had gotten another fae into her mess, then she had run away from the strange wolf (again). After that she cut her paw and run into Oren in the most literal sense of the word, and on top of that she may have gotten the entirety of the Vilani in mortal danger. This wasn’t a good day for her.
She looked up at Diana who was (probably) glaring down at her. “I am so sorry Diana. I didn’t know- I mean, the bad wolf and the- the brave fae, and so scared, and ran…” Ivy rambled on and on like this until she realized how mixed up her story was. ivy rolled onto her back, exposing her vital organs, a sign of complete surrender, and said “Diana, I am so sorry. I was jealous of Rahuni, so I decided to scout twice. I wandered again and I walked to the Sacred Stones. I met this scary wolf, I think he’s crazy. I stood my ground until I looked into his eyes.” She shuddered. “If you see them, you will never forget them. I couldn’t help running away. Id didn’t want to lead him here so I went to the Misty Mountain to see if he followed me. This other fae tried to get between us, but I was so scared I ran from both of them.” Her voice dropped to a trembling whisper. “He might be following me.” She looked up to watch the expression on Oren and Diana’s face.
