Board shut down due to ToU violation

My board was working fine earlier, and suddenly it's shut down due to a ToU violation. My board wasn't violating any sort of terms listed. It's a site dedicated to venting frustrations out, and nothing on the board had anything more than that. I even had a disclaimer that demanded there be no specific information talked about that could lead to the person being found outside of the board. How is this a violation?
