You can sign up for a message board by clicking Sign Up at boards2go.com, but read about the features and read the Terms of Service before signing up to make sure this is what you want. This is for individual message boards, not a forum with multiple pages. But you can create multiple message boards and have a similar experience as a forum, but requires a bit more work on your part.
When you sign up, whatever you enter for username will be the username for the individual message board and the password will be the admin password for your board. If you want to have more than one board, just sign up again using a different username for the other board.
If you need help using css or html, that link I gave you previously is a good place to start.
